Add the ability to generate static HTML pages from sketch.sh #41

https://sketch.sh/ runs completely on the client side. It would be nice to be able to generate a sketch.sh style page that can be embedded into a Jekyll site.
- How to add external dependencies?
- Should the source for this be mdx and the target be a markdown page with embedded HTML and a JS bundle that captures the dependencies?
- Wasm support?
It would be wonderful to turn RWO into an interactive book.
- Borrow ideas from mdBook?
