Add TagoTiP quick-start tutorial videos to the docs

Goal

Make it easier for users to set up their first TiP devices by surfacing 4 tutorial videos — one per TagoTiP connection type — directly in the relevant docs sections.

Approach

Each of the 4 tutorial videos should be published as a separate community post. Those community post links will then be embedded in the TagoTiP documentation as follows:

1. General TagoTiP topic page — add a highlighted box listing all 4 community post links so users can pick the one relevant to them at a glance.
2. Individual connection sections (HTTP, UDP, TCP, MQTT) — add a box at the top of each section pointing to the community post for that specific connection type.

Any tutorials and examples should be in the community. However, the documentation SHOULD have a clear link in the beginning"
