Where do you want to export to, and why?
If you want to use TE on another machine, simply copy the whole TE folder. However, before copying, you may need to revise all settings to use environment variables. See Portable and Environment variables.

However, please note that if Tablacus Explorer is placed under C:\Program Files, the configuration files will be stored in a different location.

You can check the actual save location from Help → About Tablacus Explorer.
