Occasional Gift Code Error on redeeming the Easter Egg

When one clicks deeplink to giftcode the app is opened. Occasionally "Gift Code Error" screen appears as, probably lightning node is still starting up.

Steps to reproduce

• click giftcode deeplink

Actual
Intermittently "Gift Code Error" is shown.
Most of the time works as expected.

Should redeem the code or inform that it is already used.

This should already be a lot better with #382, but still needs a targeted fix. Also same as #339

I tested by using deeplink xcrun simctl openurl "bitkit://gift-<code>-<amount>" a couple of times and couldn't find any problems. The gift claim flow already has logic to wait for the node so it doesn't seem like that would be the issue. If you can reproduce please share logs.

Couldn't reproduce on mainnet, with no channel and with channel using deeplink and app starting cold.
