Implementation AUT national used tactical symbols (Effect Verbs/Action Verbs) #493
Description
Based on user feedback, the following AUT national used tactical symbols (Effect Verbs/Action Verbs) should be implemented in ODIN:

Used SIDC and hierarchy path in ODIN have been adapted to that of MIL-STD 2525C.
