feature #5533 Replace Capifony with Capistrano/symfony (mojzis)

This PR was submitted for the 2.7 branch but it was merged into the 2.3 branch instead (closes #5533).

Replace Capifony with Capistrano/symfony

Since Capifony only works with Capistrano 2 (https://github.com/everzet/capifony/blob/master/README.md) and Capistrano 3 is the current version, its probably better to advice using the newer alternative.
