Removed an article related to contributing

This article made sense a few years ago when we moved to GitHub ... but nowadays, I don't think it's useful.

I checked the website traffic stats: during the past year, this page was visited 79 times. The most visited pages on Symfony Docs have more than 1 million page views per year. So, nobody needs this article 😄
