minor #5780 Clarify when we are talking about PHP and Twig (carlos-granados)

This PR was submitted for the 2.5 branch but it was merged into the 2.7 branch instead (closes #5780).

Clarify when we are talking about PHP and Twig

In the description for versioned URLs and absolute URLs for assets, it was not clear if we were talking about Twig or PHP. Also we are usually first talking about Twig and then PHP, not the other way around
