I am attempting to deconvolve some images via the napari implementation of spitfire. It will not allow me to upload images to be deconvolved. Also is there any way to do this in a batch format via napari, or would it just be better to attempt to do so via the python implementation?

I'm not fully up to date on all the image formats currently supported by Napari. However, I recommend using Spitfire from the Python implementation sdeconv for your processing workflow.

This approach uses PyTorch tensors to process images. You can load your image files into NumPy arrays using any library that supports your image format, then convert those arrays into PyTorch tensors. Once you have your data in the appropriate format, you can loop over your image files and apply the Spitfire function in batch as shown in the example linked above.
