Almost all of the plugins are missing descriptions telling the reader what they are supposed to do. Some, such as @swc/jest have external homepages (on swc.rs and npm), so you can tell from that external source, but they really should have something in this repo. I have no idea what the relay or transform-imports plugins do, for instance.
