Seek | Pause | Stop but reading from and manipulating ffmpeg stream

The current bot is streaming the bits from the online video link to the local FFmpeg player. The goal would be to set up reading and control the state of the music playing and convey that to the bot interface.

NOTE: Try to make different commits for the interface and ffmpeg API implementation.
