Improve formatted output readability #5

Description

@sveetch

Firstly we should a new column "status" in formatted output that would be a clear indication about the requirement status which would be either:

  • Up to date;
  • Late;

Concretely the requirement is 'late' if it have lateness which is already a column in output but it does not seems clear enough when reading a long output with dozens of requirements.

Also we could have an option to order requirements rows by their status, so we can quickly jump to the 'late' section.

Secondly we should colorize each requirement row depending it status, green would be for 'up to date' and orange would be for 'late'.

Thirdly the required specifier should be included in output, that may be an opt out or opt in.

Finally once done we should think about the output for adjustment to ensure it helps enough to read analyze quickly.

Not everything would be compatible with all formats, Rich is surely the one that will adopt everything, ReST won't allow properly for colors and CSV will only support status column, specifier and order.
