Rename command to 'dependency-comb'

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

Currently the command name is "dependency_comb". Usage of "_" in command is uncommon and i don't know why i did this.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

Just rename to "dependency-comb".
