Issue inclusion summary: Incorporating a well-organized, easily usable global navigation, with content hierarchy, from the earliest possible sprint is crucial for a successful user experience of the site, and will allow more time for testing and refinement of this crucial feature.

Within the featured-poem branch, I updated the navigation across index.html, bio.html, and archive-index.html. I also changed the meta data in the page head, and created a new footer.
