Need Tests for RHE

Provide a general description of the issue or problem.

The sunkit-image.radial.rhef filter and its helper functions need more testing. We can discuss here which tests are required. The filter is associated with PR #205

Tests needed for RHEF:

> With and without bins given

> Various inputs for Upsilon

> plotting smaps natively

> Doing upsilon on a map that doesn't have RHE on it

> Make a notebook as an example of usage

This should be a good starter issue, please make sure you can run the test suite locally if you start working on this.

Hi @GillySpace27! I would like to work on this issue.

I've gone through the rhef function in sunkit_image/radial.py and I plan to implement the requested tests. As @Cadair suggested, I have already set up the dev environment and verified I can run the existing test suite locally.

My plan is to:

Create a new test file sunkit_image/tests/test_rhef.py.

Add pytest cases to cover the bins, upsilon, and vignette parameters.

Verify that the output Map retains the correct plot settings.

I will start working on this now.
