I am using SumatraPDF 3.7 pre-release version 18651 and have seen this graphics rendering issue; the button bar is partially rendered twice:
I am not sure how to reliably reproduce this. But here are some circumstances:
- I was toggling the "use tabs" setting (without restarting the app).
- I am not using the menu bar.
- I was closing a tab.
My theory (just a guess, not really sure):
Maybe when I was closing the last tab, the tab bar disappeared. This caused the (invisible) menu bar to move up. This caused also the bookmark pane to move up. But it was not properly re-rendered.
To my understanding in "use tabs" mode one should have the "hamburger" menu button at the left side, if you disable the menu bar with F9, right?
I have experience this: If I have the menu bar disabled while being in "use no tabs" mode and then enable "use tabs" (without restarting), then I will not get the "hamburger" menu button. It will be there after restart. Well, I do not miss that "hamburger" menu button, but maybe this whole rendering issue is somehow related to the menu bar. Just a guess...
