feat: define receive queue item sizing constant in `rtcan.h`

Description

RTCAN header should define a constant for users to set when creating queues as endpoints for RTCAN messages. The value of this constant should be sizeof(rtcan_msg_t*) / sizeof(ULONG).

The existence of this constant should be added to the documentation / examples.
