This milestone is for the basic implementation of the intermediate server: - Able to read data from an xbee. - Able to read data from a socket. - The protocol v0.1.0 decoding implemented. - Able to translate the protocol v0.1.0 from raw to JSON. - Able to transmit the translated protocol over a socket.
