Move to :req? #47

@stueccles would you be interested in moving this library to :req if I can find the time to send you a PR?
:req is written by Wojtek Mach with lots of insights from the rest of core lang folk. It has a very friendly API but, even better, is built upon :mint and is meticulous in doing the little things right underneath.
It might help fix things like #46 tangentially too.
