isNotPast and isFuture filters don't work correctly for date fields without time

When using the graphql filters on a field that doesn't use the time fields, the query doesn't retrieve doesn't retrieve entries with the date set to the current date. This happens when the time of the saved date in database is 00:00 but when this time is set to 00:01 it works correctly.
