PyCharm: The underlying RST syntax of multiline fields and [FREETEXT] blocks is not recognized

As discussed, the RST syntax is not recognized in PyCharm when we install it using this tmbundle approach.

Another approach https://github.com/strictdoc-project/strictdoc.tmLanguage definitely works in PyCharm, and the RST syntax is recognized perfectly.
