Publish 0.9.7 for maven

On http://streamreasoning.org/maven/eu/larkc/csparql/csparql-core/ I can only find versions up to 0.9.6.

I would really like to use my stream's time stamps for Esper (because we're replaying old data stored in files), so would be very happy if I could upgrade my pom.xml to use 0.9.7.

Simplest workaround for anyone else eagerly awaiting 0.9.7:

git clone https://github.com/streamreasoning/CSPARQL-engine.git
cd CSPARQL-engine
mvn install

This will install version 0.9.7 into your local Maven repository.
