docs: master tracking issue — overall implementation phases

This issue tracks all phases. Update checkboxes as work lands.

• Phase 0 — Hardware tests (PT-P750W ✅, QL-820NWBc — see test(hardware): QL-820NWBc smoke test (TCP/9100 + SNMP + first print) #12)
• Phase 1 — Repo skeleton (this initial commit covers most of it; project layout under app/ to be added with Phase 2)
• Phase 2 — Plugin foundation + PT-Series plugin (feat(printer-models): Brother PT-Series plugin (PT-E550W/PT-P710BT/PT-P750W) #10) + QL-Series plugin (feat(printer-models): Brother QL-Series plugin (QL-800/QL-810W/QL-820NWB) #11) + StatusBlockParser + TapeRegistry + StatusProbe + PrintQueue (feat(queue): print queue with pause/resume/cancel/retry/priority #13)

• Phase 7 — HTMX UI + EventBus + PWA (feat(api): SSE endpoint + EventBus for live updates without page reload #14, feat(pwa): manifest + service worker + offline shell #15) + Notifications (feat(pwa): browser notifications for job/status events (Web Notifications API + Web Push) #5)
• Phase 8 — Container build + sample compose (already in examples/)
• Phase 9 — App-side webhook configuration (Spoolman/Grocy)
• Phase 10 — Documentation (see new docs issue)
• Phase 12 (optional) — Prometheus snmp_exporter (see new prometheus issue)

Architecture decisions

• Frontend stack — see feat: clarify frontend architecture (Go server vs Python+HTMX vs static) #1 (decision needed)
• Notifications — see feat(pwa): browser notifications for job/status events (Web Notifications API + Web Push) #5
