fix: Recommend greater than aws-opentelemetry-distro 0.10.1 due to otel bug (#213)

Via strands-agents/sdk-python/issues/488 we identified that aws-opentelemetry-distro 0.10.0 was a cause of bugs, so ensure that the documentation guides folks to non-buggy implementations
