Deploy Workload Availability Operators on ISAR #321
Description
For OCP Virt, it is considered best practise to deploy Workload Availability Operators.
E.g. Self Node Remediation or Fencing - to ensure workload availability in case of a node outage.
As we have rather old hardware (e.g. the storm servers), HW failures are a real risk (we see e.g. DIMM failures).
To ensure workload continutiny / restart of VMs, we need workload availability operators and node health checks to be configured properly.
