Some key differences this implementation should provide:

• Aliases for !quote add (!addquote,!quoteadd)
• Help output on empty !quote add or its aliases, mainly to give the format of how to add a quote (!addquote "<quote>" is the ideal format, requiring quotation marks, and a quotation mark to be the last character)
• Quote auto formatting

Autoformatting

A common format for quotes is some variant of:
"<quote>" - <game>, <date>
e.g.
"Can I get a spot of dick?" - Metal Gear Solid 3, 2023/05/15

The quote bot should append the whole meta data string ( - Metal Gear Solid 3, 2023/05/15) after the closing quotation mark.

also would probably be nice to be able to see all quotes even if the command is mod only or only outputs to bridge.
