Twitch IRC relay: Problematic twitch nick colors

Not sure how you feel about this, just a suggestion:

Some user nick colors on twitch are not friendly to common IRC background colors, i.e. stuff close to true black & white should be caught and forced to a different color. Users with black/white nicks appear "invisible" on these client background colors otherwise:

[stoopdapoop]

that's lame, I'll make them middle grey.
