Devika is a powerful autonomous AI software engineer. ORCH complements it by providing the coordination layer when you run multiple such agents simultaneously on the same codebase.

What ORCH does:

• Typed task queue — state machine todo → in_progress → review → done, with auto-retry on stalls
• Scope locking — prevents two agents from editing the same files at the same time
• Inter-agent messaging — agents pass results and context to each other programmatically
• Adapter system — any AI tool (Claude Code, Codex, shell scripts) plugs in as a named adapter
• TUI dashboard — live terminal view of all running agents, tasks, logs
• Goals system — high-level objectives auto-decomposed into agent subtasks
