Will it work on macOS Catalina?

I have an hardware issue with discrete graphiccard.
Known hardware error on Macbook Pro 2013 and older.
This seems to be solving my problems. Thanks so much!

I have no real issues running this on Catalina as of 2020-04-30. I do note that from time to time, the setting isn't obeyed (and I need to go in, finding it was somehow set to Discrete Only, but this happens rarely, and happened on the last several macOS releases as well.
