Wide terminals make summary tough to read

When your terminal is wide, the line length becomes so big that it becomes pretty hard to read a text. For human use, it would be nice to limit the line length when rendering markdown, so it's more near the "ideal line length"

Closing as duplicate of #119 so the wide-terminal rendering change is tracked in one place.

Reasoning:

• This issue asks for capped line width on wide terminals because full-width rendering hurts readability.
• feat: cap markdown render width on wide terminals + add --width flag #119 is the implementation thread for that exact request: it caps the default markdown render width and adds a override for users who want different behavior.
• The PR already carries the implementation details and tests, so keeping the issue open separately does not add new scope.

I’m closing this issue to keep review and follow-up on the canonical PR thread. If #119 is revised substantially or split up, we can reopen as needed, but right now this is duplicate tracking of the same work.

Clarification for future readers: PR #119 is the canonical implementation thread because it handles this exact readability problem by capping default render width and adding an explicit width override flag, rather than leaving the request split across issue and PR.
