Improve SCP-1 and SCP-2 deployment and initial minting process. #55
Description
Currently developer console must be used for the initial minting of SCP-1 and SCP-2 tokens. It would be better to give the developer a familiar interface which presents SCP-1 and SCP-2 tokens which can be minted by them.
