Migrate trilead dependency to mina

It seems as the jenkins project is moving away from the the trilead plugin, see conversation on https://groups.google.com/g/jenkinsci-dev/c/74P64-_6fJM. It would be great if this plugin also switched to mina instead of trilead so that the trilead plugin is not needed just for this plugin.

We are not using ssh so this dependency is there because it's part of jenkins-core. Updating jenkins-core might break backward compatibility with older versions but I think it's should not be a big problem.
