Filter incident History based on impact or service with region

11. In mid-term I think it would be helpful to have a chance to filter the “Incident History” section based on
    a. Impact (e.g. Maintenance, Minor Issue, Major Issue, Outage)
    b. Service (e.g. Anti DDoS)
    c. Region (potentially can be included into b.) by naming Anti DDoS EU-DE, Anti DDoS EU-NL
