Remove info event from the main grid

We discussed and decided to remove all info events from the main grid for unlogged user.

We move this functionality to the service boxes.

If the service has an info event in the status "active" we should show the icon near the service name in the box. If the user push this icon, the page should redirect it to details.

Example:

If the user is logged, we should show all data in the main grid as it is.

Please check your logic. The planned info event doesn't present in the grid.

The logic should be:

1. If the user is unlogged, show to them only active info events and icon.
2. If the user is logged, show in the grid all planned or active info events.
