feat(ralph): add retardmax mode + Nothing-design GitHub Pages site

RetardMax: aggressive autonomous Claude Code loop — no planning, just
execution until all tests pass. Uses git worktrees, auto-commits,
stuck detection, and respawns on failure.

GitHub Pages: Nothing-inspired landing page with Doto dot-matrix
typography, segmented progress bars, dark/light mode toggle.
