We are currently validating the application’s behavior using the library in a WVD (Windows Virtual Desktop) environment configured with multiple extended displays and no GPU acceleration.
In this setup, we are observing significant resource usage during recording—even with conservative encoder settings. CPU utilization spikes up to 40%, and memory usage exceeds 1000 MB. This occurs despite the following encoder configuration:
• Encoder: H.264
• Frame Rate: 24 fps
• Quality: 25
• Screen Resolution: 1920x1080
• Total Displays: 3
We are looking for ways to optimize performance through encoder settings or other recommended configurations to reduce CPU and memory usage under these constraints.
