Audio sync issue, while playing audio file multiple times wile screen recording in progress

Start the screen recording and start playing any audio file (eg .wav file),
for the first time screen recording picks up the audio with the current time stamp,
now stop and play the audio file the screen recording does not pickup the audio with current time stamp.

I think i need some more info. What do you mean by current time stamp? Also detailed logs and a video showcasing the issue if you can.

I referred the current time stamp to the timer displayed in screen recorder test app on start. I will upload the logs and video soon

I have attached the screen recorded file. Observed issue when I kept my laptop in speaker and also when I connected my wired headphone to audio jack.
When I connect my ear pods via Bluetooth I am unable to reproduce it
