Extracted game file sometimes shows up in games list

When using compressed files sometimes the temporary extracted file will get included in the game list. Happens sporadically, unreproducible but multiple anecdotal accounts.

Likely fixed in nightly; reopen if this shows up again with the new RA version and we can take another look; otherwise, I'm assuming this is specific to TrimUI's custom RA bin.
