Add swagger version to BOM #3212
Description
In a larger project, we might have need to reference io.swagger.core.v3:swagger-annotations-jakarta to be able to use the swagger annoations, or io.swagger.core.v3:swagger-core-jakarta to configure PrimitiveTypes.
To avoid version mismatch, it would be beneficial if the springdoc-openapi-bom listed the swagger version used.
