Add spring-boot-starter-parent grpc integration test

We have configuration in the parent POM but nothing to break the build if it's incorrect of a plugin upgrade breaks things.

I can take a look at adding an integration test for this if that works?

My understanding is that this would involve adding a sample project using the spring-boot-starter-parent with gRPC configuration and verifying the build to ensure plugin compatibility.

@GollapudiSrikanth, It's a little more involved than that I'm afraid as we need to run an actual Maven build to check the parent POM. I think it's best if one of the team handles this given the complexity. Thanks anyway for the offer.
