Rename spring-boot-amqp to spring-boot-rabbitmq

Our existing support in spring-boot-amqp is actually the RabbitMQ specific support that AMQP 0.9 defines. To introduce support for AMQP 1.0 we need to reclaim the current name.

Existing starters and documentation will have to be adapted too.
