I build open-source developer tools, with a goal to improve how AI coding agents work. I'm inspired by science, and do my best to follow the scientific method. I value honesty, and do not like to make bold claims about what my systems do, without validation and proof.

What I'm building:

  • floop — spreading activation memory for AI coding agents. Captures corrections as durable behaviors and retrieves them by context. Grounded in cognitive science (ACT-R, Hebbian learning).
  • sproink — Rust spreading activation engine with C FFI, extracted from floop for performance and portability.
  • frond — Agent-first CLI for managing stacked PRs with DAG dependencies. Single binary, zero config, JSON output for agent integration.
  • floop-bench — Open benchmark measuring whether agents actually learn from corrections, using SWE-bench Verified. All results published honestly.
  • hippofloop — Distilled local model for floop consolidation. No API calls, no internet required.
  • team-up — Claude Code plugin for multi-agent team orchestration.

Simply looking to offset my AI subscription cost, which powers the development of these tools.
