User Context: * Role: Company Admin / Recruiter

Description: When a candidate accepts a job offer, the system fails to trigger any notification to the hiring team. This is a dual failure: no in-platform alert (bell icon) is generated, and no notification email is sent to the Company Admin or Recruiter. While the internal application status correctly updates to "Offer Accepted," the lack of external or internal alerts prevents the team from knowing they need to take the next steps in the hiring process.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in as a Candidate.

Accept an offer for a position.

Log in as the Company Admin or Recruiter.

Check the in-platform notifications (bell icon).

Check the registered email inbox for the Company Admin/Recruiter account.

Observe that the application status in the dashboard says "Offer Accepted," but no alerts were received in either location.

Expected Result:
The system should trigger an automated email to the company and an in-platform notification immediately upon a candidate's acceptance of an offer.

Actual Result:

In-Platform: No new notification appears in the feed.

Email: No notification email is delivered to the company.

The team is only aware of the acceptance if they manually check the specific application.
