image cleanup

1. convert PNGs to JPGs (so Print.tcl links all work)
2. rotate all realms and dungeon cards so they are horizontal
3. consider running a photoshop action on all card images to smooth/sharpen and/or reduce file size (while maintaining acceptable quality at the same resolution)
