Refresh Docker images

We have a set of Docker images in the repository spcleth/fmi. We should update them and ensure they are always up to date.

I am a student and I have worked with Docker previously. Can I work on this issue?

@TKirtan We need to stall a bit on the issue since we are preparing an official release; then, we can refresh images.

I think the Google Cloud issue is much more interesting :)
