IRI2016 TEC value different with IRIWeb version

I am grateful for the python code for IRI2016 model. however I have a problem when I run the python version, i aware that the result is different from output of web version

The option i made in web is:

The code in python is:
python -m iri2016.time 2020-06-01 2020-06-02 1 -11.95 -76.77 -alt_km 350 400 10

and the results is

I don't know how to explain why the TEC values are different.
