After the update that introduced the "do nothing" option for checking out branches and replaced "stash & reapply" with it as the default option, I've had to manually change it every time I checkout a branch. I'm likely not alone in this.
Being able to set the default options in the preferences (either app-wide or per repository) would be much better than needing to click on it every single time I checkout a branch.
