Hi,
I think that everyone is very grateful to Soundcloud for creating this great tool and you should always be mentioned as the original authors, but with the last release here being ~9 years ago, in 2015, it's clear that you don't have the will or means to continue the development.
That's fine, it happens to all the open source projects, both individual or company-led!
But I think it would be very nice of you to do just 2 more things then:
- Update the repo's README to point to https://github.com/Shopify/lhm as (arguably?) the place where development continues
- Archive the repo
It would need a bit more of your time, but you should probably also:
- Update the
lhm gem description to point to the new lhm-shopify gem
There are probably a few more things that you could do, gradually requiring more and more of your time, like trying to do something with the Issues, Pull Requests, but the 1-2 or 1-3 above would already be great.
Thanks again for creating LHM! 😊
