Issue with Reports if Billabe is set to non-default value

Description

If I create a Report and set the Billable field to a value other than "Both" I get the following error when saving:
The properties.billable field must be true or false.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Have some time entries
2. Create a report and set the Billabe Filter to something other than "Both"
3. Save the Report
4. See the error: The properties.billable field must be true or false.

This should be fixed with the new release v0.11
