feat: ✨ Create new component sd-file-selector #2840
Description
User Story
As a user of Solid DS I would like to have a file selector component (sd-file-selector) so that I can select a local file either by clicking to open the file dialog or by dragging a file into a drop area, and so that the component clearly displays the selected file value, giving users confidence about what will be uploaded or processed.
